This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed through the BIWO Engineering website and is part of our Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency in product description, this policy shall control.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may vary for limited-run, custom, made-to-order, or product drop items. For product drops, orders may ship together at a later date. Any extended lead times will be communicated when applicable.
2. Shipping Locations
We ship to select locations within the United States.
Certain states or jurisdictions may be restricted due to regulatory, legal, or logistical considerations. These restrictions may change without notice.
Orders placed for restricted locations may be canceled and refunded.
3. Shipping Method and Fulfillment
Orders ship from a single location unless otherwise noted.
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
4. Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates
Shipping methods and rates are presented at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery begins once the order has shipped.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email once available.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit, we may file a claim with the shipping carrier. Resolution will depend on the carrier’s investigation.
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us and provide clear photos of the damage for review. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

1. Eligibility
Returns are accepted for non-custom, non-made-to-order products, unless otherwise stated.
Custom, limited-run, or made-to-order products may be non-returnable.
2. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
3. Condition of Returns
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage may be refused.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is determined to be defective due to our workmanship or materials.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
